Service levels and Response time

Critical : Critical for server issues or urgent system crashes
Major issues: Workstation, software application or network accessibility problems and accessibility concerns
Minor:Paper jams, OS upgrades or occasional software errors: Our goal is to respond within 30 minutes to critical issues, with the aim of being onsite within an hour and quickly resolving them.
As quickly as possible, our goal is to respond within one hour, including any necessary onsite visits if needed to address issues. With regard to minor problems, our target response time for minor ones should be 8 hours; otherwise, we’ll visit within 24 hours if the issue cannot be solved remotely. If the problem still cannot be solved remotely, then we will make an onsite visit within 48 hours (non-critical matters).
Non-critical issues are resolved within 24 hours as we prioritize more urgent technical concerns.
